Industries We Build For

Six industries account for almost all of the work here, and they share one trait rather than a category.

In each of them the owner is still personally responsible for whether a lead gets answered, which is a scheduling constraint rather than a marketing one.

Which industries do you actually work with?

Contractors, medical and dental practices, law offices, real estate teams, home service companies, and HVAC contractors.

Contractors

General and specialty trades where estimates are won on response speed and lost to paperwork.

Medical and dental practices

Scheduling, reminders, and intake. We stay away from records and clinical systems entirely.

Law offices

Intake quality decides the caseload, so the first conversation matters more than the tenth.

Real estate teams

Listing turnaround and enquiry response, where minutes genuinely change outcomes.

Home service companies

Recurring work, seasonal spikes, and a phone that rings while everyone is on a job.

HVAC contractors

Missed calls, stale quotes, and maintenance recalls, with a dedicated page of its own.

Why does the industry change the build?

The industry changes the build because the same four systems solve different problems depending on what is being sold.

A law office needs intake depth that would irritate an HVAC caller. An HVAC contractor needs seasonal capacity that a law office would never use. The tooling overlaps heavily; the scripts, thresholds, and escalation rules almost never do.

Minnesotans will always give you directions to anywhere, but we will never share your contact info. Ever.

Optional, but it makes the first reply far more useful.
